Terms of use

Last updated: 16 August 2026. By using Aux Wars (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Entertainment only

Aux Wars is provided strictly for entertainment purposes. It is a party game, not a music service, and comes with no warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Music and content

  • We do not host, store, upload, or serve any music, audio, or video content on our servers. All playback happens exclusively through YouTube's official embedded player, delivered directly by YouTube under YouTube's Terms of Service.
  • Players submit links to videos that already exist publicly on YouTube. We store only metadata (title, artist/channel name, thumbnail URL, video ID), never the media itself.
  • All music and video content remains the property of its respective rights holders. Aux Wars is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or any artist or label.
  • Rights holders: embeddability of your content is controlled through YouTube's own tools. To additionally block a video from being submitted here, see Contact.

3. Your conduct

  • Don't submit content designed to shock, harm, or harass (we filter, but don't try to beat the filter).
  • Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use automation to play, or manipulate ratings.
  • Don't use offensive display names or usernames.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

We may remove content, terminate games, or ban accounts that break these rules.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials. We may remove inactive accounts or reset ranked seasons. Guest play stores a device identifier only.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aux Wars and its operator accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including third-party content played through YouTube embeds. The service is provided “as is”.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
